@Bitojavaruss and I were at ROCK ON THE RANGE 2014 again for the last day of the 3 day festival in Columbus, Ohio. The sun was out and everyone was ready to rock. Sunday’s lineup included Mastadon, Miss May I, Alter Bridge, Kid Rock, Five Finger Death Punch & More.

First up on Sunday was MISS MAY I on the Ernie Ball Stage , who are currently on their Up Close And Personal tour. They played through a powerful set list , which included “Hey Mister!” and “Relentless Chaos”. Levi Benton kept the crowd moving the whole set.

Of Mice & Men was the next set to shoot on Sunday, also at the Ernie Ball stage. The Austin Carlile fronted metalcore band from Costa Mesa, California just released a new album called, “Restoring Force” and are set to hit the Van’s Warped Tour in July. They started off their set with “Public Service Announcement” and had one of the biggest crowds at the Ernie Ball Stage that weekend.

Alter Bridge took the stage Sunday evening and killed it. Myles Kennedy was by far the best vocalist at Rock On The Range this year. They blew through hits “Blackbird” , “Rise Today”, “Addicted To Pain” and more. They are currently on their US tour, before Myles hits the road with Slash & Aerosmith later this summer on the “Let Rock Rule” tour.

By far the biggest crowd (and rightly deserved) at the Ernie Ball Stage during ROCK ON THE RANGE was Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience, who put on a powerful show of Led Zeppelin’s greatest hits, all the while paying tribute to his father , the late John Bonham (the original drummer for Led Zeppelin).
